Just 200 meters from the beautiful Kaukana beach, this spacious holiday home is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people. The area offers both equipped beach clubs (such as Lido della Polizia and Lido di Caucana) and long stretches of free beach, ideal for those who enjoy the sea in complete freedom.
The house features three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), two recently renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a sofa bed. Outside, a spacious veranda surrounded by greenery is perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. All rooms are air-conditioned, and private parking is included.
The location is extremely convenient: just minutes from Punta Secca, famous for Inspector Montalbano’s house, and close to Marina di Ragusa. The stunning baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and the enchanting Donnafugata Castle are all within easy reach. Nearby, you’ll also find the Randello Nature Reserve and the Irminio River mouth, perfect for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.
