Originally from Toronto, Canada and have lived for the last 28 years in the Bahamas. I am an architect and builder and have built for Sean Connery, Shakira and Shania Twain.

Why they chose this property

Bought the empty property in 2003 as one of the last remaining ocean view properties on the market.

It is convenient to the gated communities where I do most of my work, and was also convenient for my daughters who attended private school. Both my girls were born and raised here and live and work in Toronto now.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful, secluded and surrounded by nature. The property sits atop the highest elevation on the island…hence the name Cima del Mar, which translated means “Top of the Sea”.

I am an avid gardener and have spent the last 20 years growing virtually everything you see from seed.

Although just maturing now, I have mango, mangola, banana, plaintain, guava, lemon, two avacado, sugar apple, persimmon, blackberry and starfruit all growing on the property now.
