**Welcome to Villa Mar Y Sol (Sea & Sun)**, a stunning historic estate nestled in the heart of Nassau, Bahamas, on the east side. This gated, private retreat offers breathtaking views of Montague Bay and features a spacious Main House, a refreshing Pool, a charming Beach Cabana, a dock, and a private beach.

With over 6 luxurious bedrooms and 5 elegant bathrooms in the Main House, plus a pool bath and beach cabana, Villa Mar Y Sol is perfect for large groups.

All check-in instructions including codes will be provided at the day of check in. There is no Guest/Host interaction required.

The property is maintained twice weekly by a pool service, weekly by a landscaping service, and has a care taker that will check the site numerous times a week.

Guests can use the entire property, with the exception of the locked Gate House (cottage) which is in the front yard. This is the Owners Cottage.

There is also 2 Owners Closets, 1 each upstairs and downstairs which are also locked.

Relax in the pool, play games in the large yard, or unwind at the private beach and dock. The beach cabana offers a full bath, kitchen, and an upstairs pergola for lounging. The upstairs Master and King Suites have access to a sleek glass-paneled balcony with bay views.

The property also includes a Gate House (cottage) for the owner/caretaker, who may stay for short durations during your visit, ensuring seamless communication.
