The Mediterráneo Penthouse is a beautiful and centrally located beachfront apartment on Calpe beach, with exceptional sea views. Calpe is a tourist town with two large beaches where you can visit a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops along its two promenades on either side of the Peñón de Ifach. This is one of the reasons why Calpe has become a popular destination for those seeking an unforgettable sun and beach experience.
The Mediterráneo Penthouse is on the seventh floor; there is an elevator in the building. The entrance leads to a cozy living/dining room with a TV, sofa bed and air conditioning and a large, partly glazed, terrace with fantastic views of Calpe's main promenade, ideal for watching sunsets and beach life.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is located. The Mediterráneo Penthouse offers a comfortable interior with unbeatable views, ideal for couples. It does not have parking.
