This lovely three bedroom townhouse is located in Urbanisation Araijanal, in La Cala de Mijas. The secure gated complex offers a communal, with a separate children’s pool. The town and beach of La Cala are located 300m away from the complex. La Noria Golf course and restaurant is just 750m away and there is a large supermarket opposite the complex. The house benefits from a private pool, two parking spaces in the garage underneath the house (Plus a drive and parking outside the house), aircon units and electric shutters in the lounge & bedrooms, a gas fire & free WIFI.



This tastefully furnished house is arranged over four levels and benefits from a large open plan living space on the ground floor. The American style kitchen is well equipped and benefits from a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area will seat up to six people and the lounge area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a chaise lounge, a large built in gas fire, and a 65" smart TV (HDMI ports can be accessed through the cupboard so that your own devices can be connected). Access the terrace and pool area from the living room to find the gas BBQ and a lounge dining seating area, with an awning. Enjoy the sun loungers and Badeb-Baden recliner chairs as you relax around the private pool. There is also a WC on this level.



The three bedrooms are located on the first floor with access by stairs. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a hot tub bath with a shower attachment, plus double sinks and a bidet. The master bedroom also has a private balcony offering a table & chairs, along with sea views. The second bedroom benefits from a king size bed and a private balcony with a table & chairs and the third bedroom offers twin beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and share access to the guest shower room.



Take the stairs up to the roof terrace, where you can take in the beautiful sea views over La Cala. The roof terrace is fitted with a BBQ grill, a sink, chairs and a parasol.



Take the stairs down from the dining area to the basement and garage, where you can find ample storage space, plus the washing and drying machines.
