Zero tolerance Drug Policy Any drug use will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Quiet Time is 11pm until 8am There is a quiet time from 11pm until 8am, please turn off all music and keep voices down so other guests and residents of Discovery Bay can enjoy their sleep time! Noise Fine: $200 Per Incident Excessive Cleaning Fee: $100

Pet Policy No pets permitted of any size.
No alcohol on the pool deck, no glass at all in the pool area only tins cans or plastic cups are allowed.
No drinks or food allowed while in the pool, you must consume them before entering the water. If you break any of the strata rules or bylaws you will be fined $200 per incident.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 10:00 AM
Return all fobs, garage door opener and keys before you leave.
Lost or Missing items will be charged as follows: Fob's $75, garage door opener $125 and keys $25 per item
Suite should be in a “clean & tidy” condition.
Load dishwasher & wash any dishes that will not fit.
Cleaners will turn on & unload dishwasher.
Bag all garbage and recyclables we will dispose.
Place all used towels in the bathtub.
No need to strip beds or pillows, cleaners will do this.
Leave any used blankets on the beds
Leave Sofa bed open if used
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful property in a great location. The place had everything we needed to stay comfortably. And even some extras for our little one to have fun on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This unit is in a great building! Close to so many places to eat, beaches and gorgeous walking/running/biking paths. The kitchen is very well stocked (probably the best stocked place I’ve been to yet). The beds are also super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again
Amazing spot on the lake in the Okanogan, quiet and peaceful in a vibrant neighbourhood that felt like the perfect resort escape for a business study trip. Excellent!!
My traveling partner and I felt very lucky to have found Debbie's place on short notice. Great location, a short walk from downtown and super quiet. Loved being near the bird sanctuary.

Awesome location, easy walk to the lake. Space was great for our 'Wine Tour Getaway". Walk out onto the street was very convenient and underground secure parking was a nice bonus. Hoping we can return in summer or fall.
We loved having the grill outside and the kitchen but to be also close to so many good-to-great restaurants. The condo was clean, convenient and perfect location to Tugboat Beach (one of the better rated beaches) and Waterfront Park and downtown.

We bought this property specifically to do vacation rentals. Discovery Bay is the most sought after and has the best location to the downtown attractions. The beachfront is just a 5 min walk and you can walk for miles on the boardwalk. Knox Mountain is very close by for those who enjoy hiking and great views of the city. It is the perfect resort to have fun all year round.

This suite is decorated with a beach theme. It was professionally designed by an award winning local designer. The furniture was purchased brand new in May 2017, including all beds. You have a large walk-out patio to sit and enjoy complete with table and chairs and a BBQ.
