Would never recommend staying here, number one issue the place is not sound proof, the other flat that is on the floor is like they are in your flat. They send you rules about noise free environment and immediate action will be taking, it was not. Ants is another issue plus their description of a private terrace is false when we had the flat beside us hop over a 2 foot seperation divider onto our deck one night when we were sleeping. Lastly their response time is unacceptable to fix any issues with the flat, takes 3 days, this included not having hot water and running out of gas. There were other issues but these were the main ones and as much as the view is beautiful it will never replace having a good sleep.
