Hello travellers and welcome to a unique home in the heart of Swieqi, within walking distance to all the amenities !

Upon entering this massive property, our guests will find a beautiful living/dining space with SMART TV and access to a lovely terrace overlooking beautifl views.

The property features an amazing fully equipped kitchen and 3 large BRs, which could easily accommodate 6 guests.

Also included is SUPER WIFI and AC throughout making it perfect long/short stays.

Nothing like it.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

St. George's Bay, which is just a 10-minute walk away, is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Other nearby beaches include Balluta Bay and Sliema Beach, which are both just a short drive from the apartment.

For those looking for a bit of excitement, the bustling town of St. Julian's is just a short walk from the apartment. St. Julian's is known for its famous nightlife and entertainment scene, with a variety of bars, nightclubs, and casinos to choose from. Whether you're looking for a quiet night out or a night of dancing and partying, St. Julian's has something for everyone.

The nearest bus stop to our apartment is just a short walk away, and from there you can easily reach many of the island's top attractions, including Valletta, Sliema, and the Blue Lagoon.

For those looking for more flexibility, renting a car or scooter is a great option. There are several car and scooter rental companies located in the nearby towns of St. Julian's and Sliema, and our apartment has plenty of on-street parking available for guests who choose to rent a car.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
