This sea-view property is located in the picturesque fishing village of Marsascala. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. The property has its own plunge pool, and terraces with seaviews. The property is located on a side street, just off the seafront and therefore enjoy good sea-views. The property is air-conditioned and are located just seconds away from the sea. Private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost. Parking is free on the street. Public transport terminal is a few minutes away. The promenade, town centre, the beach, bars, restaurants and bus stop are just a few paces away. Daily needs shop and confectionery are at a short walking distance. Marsascala has a small harbour which is surrounded with bars and restaurants. Things to do in Marsascala include: beach relaxation, swimming, snorkelling, cycling, night-life, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.

The penthouse has three bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and are air-conditioned. There are also two single sofa beds. Cots are available on request. Please advise when booking.
The main bathroom consists of toilet, bath with hand shower and wash hand basin. The ensuite has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin.
The kitchen has a large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, 4 ring stove, pots, pans, dishes, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
The utility room holds a washing machine, an iron & iron board, broom, mop, bucket and cleaning material. A clothes horse is also available in order to dry clothes in secondary balcony.
Dining table accommodates 8 persons. A sofabed is available in the entrance & another in the living room. In the living/dining room there is a TV, a coffee table & free Wi-Fi. The living/dining room is air-conditioned & enjoys seaviews. Outside on the large terraces, you will find a plunge pool, sunbeds, table & chairs and BBQ.

What a fantastic place to stay
We stayed at the penthouse with our family for the week. It’s amazing, not too busy and yet very close to all the amazing places. Consuela is very helpful and always ready to help.

would give 6 stars, loved the pool/ bigger than the photos, Beds comfy , lovely white bedding & towels Appreciated the welcome from the owner and the cool beers in fridge and a big thankyou for getting Soya milk for me, could do with a map how to find the grocery shops , found fruit & veg van in the harbour area, lots of places to eat , we loved Southsiders, lovely place to eat & watch the sunset food good too, thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely spacious clean apartment. Really well equipped and presented for 6 people..
Good communication with owner from booking up to arrival. Short drive from airport. Welcomed by the owner and given information on apartment and surrounding area. Good size comfortable bedrooms all with aircon, loads of storage, towels and toiletries. Well equipped kitchen with great size gas bbq on one of the terraces. Views over harbour and just a short walk to the restaurants around the water. Private pool with sun-beds on one of the terraces, not huge but it is described as plunge pool but was bigger than we had expected. Small safe beach within walking distance too. Disappointed to find there was a lot of neglected building plots and building work going on in the town (and throughout Malta) but the harbour area was pretty and not too busy. We didn't have enough time to explore the nearby area more. Good roads into Valletta and north of the island.
