The bedroom balcony view is easily one of the best you can get in Lisbon. We also really liked the size of the room and the overall amenities. The location is great, on a quiet street but just a short walk (1–2 minutes) from the busier Bairro Alto/Príncipe Real area, so you’re close to everything without the noise. There’s also a small minimart nearby, and overall it’s a very convenient base for getting around. The only downside was the communication with the host company (GuestReady). The process felt more complicated than necessary, with digital forms to sign on their platform and repeated messages across multiple channels. It works, but it comes across a bit impersonal and could definitely be more streamlined.

I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation. When I arrived, the curtain rod was detached

I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation. When I arrived, the curtain rod was detached from the wall, meaning there was no curtain covering the window. I had a poor night's sleep as I was woken up very early by the strong sunlight. The management should have informed me about this issue beforehand and given me the option to choose whether or not to stay in a unit with a broken curtain. It was a clear lack of communication.

The shower head fell on us multiple times, the door was tough to open, sink spout was super loose, and the drain didn’t work well so the shower flooded multiple times.I’m a 23 year old kid fresh out of college, my standards aren’t high, but this place was awful. Every time I took a shower I had to worry about getting domed by the shower head. After telling the host, they said they wouldn’t do anything for me and lied about fixing the shower head while I was out. It was still broken. Do NOT recommend.

Mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en brandschoon, op de rand van de Barrio Alto. Een gezellige wijk in Lissabon met ontelbare restaurantjes met heerlijk eten en een aantal gezellige barretjes.
