This villa has fantastic views over the golf course, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Berlengas. It has 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor, both with double beds and views of golf and sea. The master bedroom has a private terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and views. The two other bedrooms also have a double bed, are on the ground floor and have access to the outside patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and has a door that gives access to the patio with barbecue, table and chairs for a meal outside. In the dining room there is a table with chairs for 8 people and the living room has a sofa that seats 8 people comfortably, a TV, DVD player and fireplace. The doors that open onto the outside patio allow sunlight to enter the house. Outside, there is a space with sofas and a table, and around the pool you will find sun loungers to enjoy the sun and views. The swimming pool (9x5m) can be heated upon request and extra payment. Free wireless internet access available at the property.
