Dear Anne, Thank you very much for your excellent feedback. We are delighted to know that you had a fantastic family stay. Regarding the deposit, we appreciate your comment. We understand your concern and would like to clarify that it is a temporary authorisation, with the release depending on the timelines set by banking institutions after the property check, which is 7 days by default. Nevertheless, we will review how this information is communicated to ensure greater transparency and comfort. We look forward to welcoming you again in Del Mar Apartment - BT Kind regards, José Sacramento Commercial Director My Choice

Apartment BT

Loved the location and especially the very personal service we received from My choice staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate us, from beginning to end of our first contact with them. Contact made on arrival at Faro airport and a very smooth check in. Improvement would be difficult as the apartment was so good. Perhaps a foot stool for the living room and some beech towels could be provided for the pool area.
