Villa Ria Lux is an elegant holiday home, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, privacy and a memorable stay in the Algarve. With spacious interiors and a functional layout, it provides the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying quality time together.



The bright and welcoming living and dining area offers the ideal space for socialising and unwinding, with direct access to the outdoor areas.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, providing a practical and comfortable solution for guests staying on this level.



The property also features a guest bathroom, offering additional convenience throughout your stay.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one double en suite bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, one double bedroom and another double bedroom. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and functionality for all guests.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with four bunk beds, making it an ideal space for children, teenagers or larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.



Outside, the villa features an inviting leisure area with a heatable pool (extra cost), jacuzzi (extra cost), BBQ and comfortable outdoor spaces, perfect for making the most of the Algarve sunshine.



Located in Olhão, Villa Ria Lux enjoys an excellent location close to the Ria Formosa Natural Park, with easy access to the islands of Armona, Culatra, Farol and Deserta. The property is also close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the lively centre of Olhão, making it the perfect base for exploring some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches and natural landscapes.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 17th to the 23th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
