We arrived in the evening and discovered that the apartment was not as we expected from the listing.The apartment was dark and gloomy with very little natural light. The kitchen utensils, cutlery were minimal. Only two small sachets of shower gel. All these sufficient for a two day stay, not for five days.The first evening the kitchen sink would not drain and plumbing issues caused the toilet waste to back flow into the kitchen sink. Resulting in us having to move to another apartment further away and much smaller.Able to communicate with owners but found booking process very difficult due to having to go through three booking groups - Stayz, Belvilla and Dify (the owners).

My stay here was a very bad experience. The property looks nothing like the listing. The room was not clean, with dust and sticky surfaces everywhere. The bathroom sink was severely clogged, leaving standing water that made it completely unusable.There were no curtains on the windows, giving me absolutely zero privacy from the outside. To make matters worse, the television shown in the listing was completely missing. On top of all these issues, there was zero communication from the host. They completely ignored all my messages. Save your money and avoid this nightmare.
