Cozy Cottage in mellbystrand

A really cozy holiday home in a very good location in a smaller cottage area in northern Mellbystrand, with convenient distance to the fine sandy beach and the lovely Hökafältet exercise area and nature reserve. The plot is leafy, fenced and has several nice patios. The cottage has a kitchen with dining area. The bathroom has a shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa, modern TV with chromecast and a wood-burning stove. From here there is access to a pleasant glazed outdoor room with a large dining table. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a sofa bed for two people. The large terrace is private and wind-protected, where you can enjoy comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers and a dining table. Within easy reach is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and Strandhotellet. Just south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then Bjärehalvön with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. The town has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here the Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. In winter you have the Vallåsen ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several lovely hiking trails. In the Kungsbygget adventure park there are activities for the whole family. For those interested in golf there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.
