3 bed 2 bath heated pool house in the Rose Garden neighborhood on El Dorado Pkwy. Quite neighborhood within walking distance to Rotary Park, and Tarpon Point. Close to shopping, 10 minutes to Cape Coral beach, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Airport,25 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Completely furnished house with garage space. Plenty of walking and biking trails. Living room has a full size couch and love seat with TV. The master bedroom is furnished with king size bed with large closet and Tv. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with closet and TV. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and closet, with TV. The TVs are smart TVs. There is no cable TV
