Perfect for a quiet getaway, business trip or city break. 'The house offers comfortable accommodation with the convenience of a come and go as you please, self-contained house. Just 2 minutes from Morriston town centre, 10 minutes from the stadium, 15 minutes from Swansea Arena, or town centre., 15minutes from the sweeping sands of Swansea bay.
This house is in an excellent location, with easy access to the city centre, public transport and wide range of entertainment, dining and leisure facilities nearby.
This is a 2 storey 2 bedroomed house with easy access via a uPvc door. We operate a contactless self checkin system for this property, and the property is accessed from a lockbox/smart lock. The house comprises of modern double bedrooms with a double bed, open hanging space for clothes, with a chest of draws, desk/dressing table with mirror, bedside table and lamp, There is also a bathroom with bath, wash hand basin, and a seperate shower. There is a full lounge with a sofa, chair, large tv, dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, hob, fridgefreezer. There are also a range of crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, with some tea/coffee, milk sachets. The kitchen is not stocked with any cooking items.
This is a residential area so could you please respect the wonderful local residents, and their need for the quiet life.
We do not allow parties or gatherings. If you require somewhere for a party or noisy gatherings then could you please book alternative accommodation.
We operate a stick contactless check-in process via lockboxes and keycodes. This will make your stay easier and more convenient.
