The Building is just 2 minutes walking distance from Monastiraki Metro station, and 6 minutes from Omonia station. There are some parking lots around the area, but not many street parking spots.

- Please do not throw any paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.

- Smoking is allowed only at the patio and the shared rooftop on the top floor.

- The tap water is drinkable.

- No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
neighbours.
