A selection of comfortable, stylish 2 double bedroom apartments centrally located in the vibrant city of Leeds. Each apartment offers 3 double beds in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a lovely kitchen-living room area.

In a building with just 4 other apartments, near bars and restaurants and only a 5 min walk from the train station, main shopping area and 15-20 min drive to Leeds/Bradford airport.

The Space:

⚠️Important — No Lift in the Building. This apartment is on an upper floor and there is no lift. All guests need to use the stairs to get to the apartment.

If you have trouble with stairs, are recovering from an injury, or are travelling with very heavy luggage, please keep this in mind before you book so you can make the right choice for your stay.

Close to the train station, theatres, business district and shopping. Newly built and decorated to a high standard, each apartment has 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, WiFi, television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Minutes walk from The Headrow (principle city centre street) , your apartment is located down a side street and could not be more central.

The pictures show a mix of our 2-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat!

This spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Perfect for working professionals, families, and relocators.

Please note, there is no lift in the building, but the stairs are easy to navigate. These apartments reward you with a view over Park Square.


Parking Information:

We can offer FREE PARKING, this just needs to be requested before check-in. (subject to additional charges)

For secure and convenient parking, we recommend Q-Park Wellington Street, LS1 4LT, which is just a short walk from the apartment. The cost is approximately £19 for 24 hours.

For a more budget-friendly option, Woodhouse Lane car park, LS2 3AX, is available at around £15 per day, located a 15-minute walk away.

We can also offer additional local parking options, subject to availability and additional charges.

🔒 Guest Verification & Deposit

To ensure the safety and comfort of all parties, guest verification and a security deposit (or damage waiver) are required:

• ID Verification: After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick identity verification through our secure online portal (photo ID and selfie). Your information is handled securely and used only for verification.

• Security deposit / Damage waiver: Choose either a refundable £250 security deposit (card hold released within 7 days after your stay if no damage is reported) or a small, non-refundable damage-waiver fee that covers accidental damage up to a set limit. Full instructions are provided after booking.

• 72-hour window: These steps must be completed at least 3 days before check-in, or the reservation may be cancelled for security reasons (we’ll send reminders to avoid any issues).

• Why we require this: Professional screening and damage protection help keep the home safe and provide peace of mind for everyone.

• Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM

• Children welcome (please note: cot/crib not available)

• No pets

• No smoking inside the property

• No parties, gatherings, or loud music

• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

• Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving to prevent water damage or theft

• Any disturbance, rule breach, or unauthorised activity may result in a £250 penalty fee

• Lost keys incur a £50 replacement fee


⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

• £30 per additional hour

• Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

• All requests must be made via your Guest Portal

Late check-outs without approval may result in an additional night’s charge.

• Report any damages or maintenance issues to us as soon as possible

• Unreported issues may result in additional charges

• Avoid flushing wipes, tissues, or sanitary items, and do not pour oil or grease down the sink

• Damage to the property or its contents may be reported to the booking platform and charged accordingly

• Please turn off lights, appliances, and heating when not in use
