This house with capacity for 6 people is located just 150 meters from the beach, in an ideal area for families. This fully equipped house has a private garden, barbecue, and access to a community pool.

The accommodation features a garden with furniture and parasol, fenced plot, barbecue, fireplace, iron, and a television. It is a two-story house with a living-dining room on the ground floor, along with a private garden terrace where you can relax and enjoy the barbecue. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with bunk beds and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed and a small balcony. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and washing machine, and another with a bathtub.

The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and water boiler.

Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
