One of the most central place to be in Pireaus.
Dimotiko Theatro Metro station is only 200 meters away with direct line to the Airport.
Pireaus port is only 500 meters away.
Sotiros Dios Street is right on the corner and it’s the main shopping artery of Piraeus, offering a vibrant mix of local boutiques and international brand stores, dozens of great bars/restaurants .
Zea Marina just 200 meters away and much more everything is walking distance.
My studio flat is located on the ground floor of a 5 floors building at the back ( that makes it quiet and no street noise). The flat is fully renovated with everything you might need . Please know that the flat is shown in the pictures above so you will know exactly how everything looks . Hope you will enjoy it as I do when I am using it for holidays.
