A beautiful place for friends or big families to spend a nice time together. We provide 5 bedrooms with attached showers and toilets in each bedroom. Also there is a smart TV, WiFi, AC and ofice tables for your work.You can use the kitchen and dining are, also had a nice conversation in the amazing courtyard. The location of the Guest house is close to city centre. 15 minutes drive to Central train station and 20 minutes drive to the International Airport. Taxi rates are very cheap. There are 24/7 supermarkets in walking distance, restaurants and confectionery. Also you can easily access to public transport. Hope you will find my place very attractive and memorable for your stay.

The good: - We were allowed early check in at 7 AM rather than 1 PM. The bad: - The property listed 6 rooms with 6 bathrooms. However, we were only provided with 4 rooms with 4 bathrooms. However, the property owner agreed to provide a 20% discount to the price after not providing all 6 rooms.- We found a dirty sock from the previous guest under one of the bedroom pillows.- In one of the bedrooms there was a glassdoor to the back of the property. This door would not shut. It kept opening so we had to prop a chair against it to keep it shut. This was two stories high, and no balcony to walk out on. It was very dangerous for children. The property owner said he would come fix it, but he never did.- The toilet paper in the bathrooms was like sandpaper. It was the worst sandpaper I have ever seen.- The showers would poor warm water until another guest in any of the other rooms on the property used the water, and then the shower became very cold, and the water pressure disappeared.- The property is on the edge of Tashkent. We had to take a taxi to get to all the sights worth seeing. Each taxi ride was a minimum of 20 minutes.
