Lovely stay at Lisbon

This place was perfect for our needs, quiet, cozy, and in a great location. We had four adults and we fit comfortably although we didn’t spend much time inside the apartment. The owner was very accommodating, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Nice neighbourhood short walking distance to many sights. The apartment not quite as shown in listing photos. There are several updates needed. A/c works but leaks, mattress in bedroom is comfortable but linens/towels are worn and should have been replaced. The loft area has no wall above the doors so all noises from washroom and bedrooms are heard throughout the unit. In an old building critters would not be surprising but all the more reason to ensure that these are sprayed and removed. Some communication with owner but ultimately no compensation was offered.

Quaint apartment in an amazing location close to everything you would need.Stairs to get to the sleeping rooms are a little steep, so take into account if mobility is an issue.Air conditioning in the living room is excellent, a little weak in the sleeping area.Shower is good and the gaz-powered water boiler means there is unending hot water - a very important feature when travelling with a teenage young lady.Kitchen is well equipped, oven is a little primitive and gas fired, but works fine when you work it out. There is a (surprisingly large inside, like a TARDIS) supermarket just across the street so you can stock up on food and cook to your heart's delight if you're so inclined. There are also some restaurants and a bakery around. We liked the Italian restaurant inside the park. Most importantly - Simone the host is super responsive and helpful with any question.Overall we (2 parents 2 young teens) had a wonderful weeklong stay in the heart of Lisbon and would heartily recommend it!

great location

The property was located in a very good area, walking distance from city centre. Owner was nice and available for the check in and to help if needed. The house Was clean and comfortable except we did not find any toiletries ( shampoo and soap / bodywash) and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall we had a good experience and I recommend this property for smaller families of 2 or max 3 people.

Lisbon 4 days

A little glitch with finding the property as we were only given the street name initially. However, Simone answered our call immediately and gave us the full address. Location was fantastic for what we wanted to do and see. Nearby cafe and grocery store was handy for breakfast and evening snacks. Greatly appreciated the air conditioning as there was a heat wave during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location

It was s bit pricey .. not sure what the extra 100€ fee was about. Did not seem to be value added for extra charge.
