Fern Cottage is a cottage that consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron and ironing board, a dining room with exposed stone feature fireplace, a sitting room with sofa, two armchairs, smart TV, open fire, and beams, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, twin, and single. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio, lawn, and seating, as well as ample off-road parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Stay at Fern Cottage for your next picture-perfect holiday. Note: Owners have a bar at the bottom of the drive with live bands playing at the weekend, which finishes at 11 pm, and a quiz night once a week. Note: there is a good housekeeping bond of 350GBP. This property accepts a minimum of 3 night stays. There is a pet supplement charge of £20. Please note: the open fire will not be usable until the 28th of August

Live bands finish in the evening a little after 11pm, you will be able to hear the music in the garden.
