This lovely studio is ideally located just a few steps from the Part Dieu train station. Quiet, it is fully equipped and ideal for a two-person stay. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a lift. Very bright, it consists of a beautiful living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable new double sofa bed for two people (140x200). A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and even a Nespresso coffee machine. A bathroom that has also been renovated, it has a shower cubicle with a toilet. To ensure your maximum comfort, we provide you with a hairdryer and storage space. A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
