Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge and Bosch coffee machine.
Utility cupboard with washer/dryer.
Underfloor heating throughout.

Iron and ironing board.

Sleeping:
Master bedroom with superking size bed, large open wardrobe with hanging rail, two bedside tables and sliding doors leading out to the balcony.
Bathroom features a bath with shower overhead, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

Balcony with views of Gylly beach and Pendennis Point, featuring rattan bistro table and two chairs and wooden sofa with waterproof cushions.
Surf store.
Allocated parking space for one car in car park.
