About this property
The White House - Luxury Southbourne beach 3 bed stay
The apartment is on the door step of both the Hengistbury head nature reserve and bournemouth beach. Nestled between the bustling Southbourne and Christchurch, the residential area is peaceful and safe, with close connections to busier areas.
The apartment is located in the peaceful location of southbourne on sea and only a short stroll to award winning blue flag beaches.
There is an abundance of Local shops, bars and restaurants situated locally in tuckton and southbourne. Local libraries, bus and train connections
Dont miss Hengistbury Head which is a great place to bring the whole family.
Take the land train for gentle and easy access to Mudeford Sand spit, then enjoy the view with a cup of tea and a slice of cake, or something more substantial in one of the cafes.
Maybe enjoy the spectacular views, earned with a little effort, from the top of Warren Hill.
Whatever your plans for the day, the friendly staff and volunteers at the Visitor Centre will help you make the most of your visit.
At Bournemouth Boating Services, they offer a wide range of boating experiences, from hiring your own private boat, to joining a ferry cruise.
They offer river cruises and a frequent ferry service between Tuckton Tea Gardens, Wick Ferry, Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Sandbank for the beach and Hengistbury Head. Self-Drive Motor Boats are also available for hire at Wick Ferry & Christchurch Quay.
Tuckton Tea Gardens is a traditional cosy café set in beautiful gardens right beside the River; where you might like to hire a boat for an hour or two, to explore the stunning views down the river Stour and Christchurch Priory.
You can sit back, relax and watch the boats go by in extremely well-kept gardens, enjoy a bite to eat or keep the children amused at their putting green and crazy-golf course.
Slightly further afield is the new forest for rambling, cycling, and country pubs which serve some wicked homemade culinary delights.
You can also take a visit to bournemouth oceanarium located by the pier, or if you like military nostalgia a visit to bovington tank museum or blandford signal museum is a must.
Personally when i have time, nothing pleasures me more than to take the dog for a walk along with the family to the beach at boscombe pier for a nice cool pint.
