Cosy relaxing lounge. Convenience store open every day until 11pm two minute walk. Short ten minute stroll to beach and Swanage town with a host of shops, bars and restaurants.

This is a very comfortable and spacious house with a fair size garden. The owners were very quick to help with any issues and easy to contact. The one downside for us is the road noise which we are not used to living in a cul de sac ourselves. We had a great holiday and would recommend the house.Sue C

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re pleased you appreciated the welcome treats of Prosecco and local Dorset biscuits and jam. We appreciate your comments regarding the road noise. As you mentioned, you’re used to the peace and quiet of a residential cul-de-sac, whereas Victoria Bay House is located in the heart of a vibrant seaside town. During the height of the summer season Swanage is naturally bustling with visitors, creating the lively atmosphere that many guests come to enjoy. You also stayed during an exceptionally warm week, so with windows open throughout the day and night, outside sounds would understandably have been more noticeable than usual. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for recommending Victoria Bay House. We hope to welcome you back again in the future, perhaps during one of our quieter seasons when Swanage has a much more relaxed pace.
