Almost adjacent to Battersea Park and just a 20 minutes from Clapham Junction and well-connected by local bus routes, you'll have easy access to all that London has to offer while enjoying a peaceful retreat to return to.

Private entrance through your own front door into a welcoming hallway.

Please note: one room and some wardrobe space will be locked away for the owners' belongings, but there is plenty of storage available for guests.

To the left of the entrance is a spacious living room with a TV offering SKY TV and a cosy space to relax.

A few steps down leads you to a gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, a central island with stools, and a large dining table that seats the whole family.

From the kitchen, step out into the outdoor patio featuring a small bench, a BBQ grill perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.
