Charming seaside villa with private heated swimming pool, hydromassage jets, and panoramic sea view, located just outside Split. Surrounded by a private vineyard, this peaceful property offers privacy, comfort, and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and historic attractions.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge with direct access to the terrace and pool. One king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom is also located on this level, ideal for guests who prefer stair-free access.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private bathroom. Two twin bedrooms (90x200 cm, convertible into double beds) share a modern bathroom. A spacious balcony offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, Split, and the Dalmatian islands.
The outdoor area includes a heated swimming pool with electrolysis system, hydromassage features, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded lounge area. Guests can enjoy a traditional stone summer kitchen with wood barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.

Ivana and Karlo were the most amazing hosts we could have hoped for! Their kindness, care, and hospitality went far beyond what we expected, and we are truly grateful for everything they did to make our stay special. The villa itself was fantastic — modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and completely private, with all amenities in perfect working order. They were always quick to respond whenever we needed anything, came by to clean the pool, and even helped us with the barbecue. We felt so well taken care of and completely at home.
