VILLA PETRA is a beautiful property, part of the semi-detached house ( Villa Filip) and still offering privacy situated only 50m from the sea, offering exclusively for you, a heated 26sqm private pool with massage, 5 en-suite bedrooms (4 with terrace and sea views), sauna with gym, living and dining area with exit to pool area, all furnished to a high standard throughout.
Located in Kaštel Štafilić, an attractive small place nestled between two Unesco heritage cities Trogir and Split, with tennis courts, beach, restaurants and mini-market in walking distance, and still offering very quiet environment with beautiful and unspoiled sea side area with promenade. Located in the hearth of the middle Dalmatia with great road connection to easily visit Trogir (5 min driving, 6km), Split (15 min driving, 20km), Salona ruins and Klis fortress (15 min driving), Krka waterfalls (1h driving)… also opportunities to try amazing quad biking experience, rafting, horse riding...and many more.
Interior is very practical and modernly furnished with all you might need for a very comfortable stay.
Villa offers all exclusively for you:
OUTDOOR AREA: Private , heated pool with massage (7,5mx3,5m), sun deck area with 6 deck chairs surrounded by Mediterranean plants from one side, covered lounge corner in front of the living room, and covered outdoor dining area with barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR: Opened-plan living and dining area with TV and fully equipped kitchen - exit to pool area and outdoor dining area; gym and sauna place with TV; bathroom with toilete and shower; washing machine. All air-conditioned, and fully covered with free WiFi.
FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom No1, Bedroom No2 each with double bed 160cm x 200cm and exit to the spacious terrace with sea and pool views, Bedroom No3 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned, with TV and each with en-suite bathroom with shower .
SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom No4 and Bedroom No5, each with king size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and exit to the covered terrace with sea and pool views.
Private parking place is secured on the fenced plot of the property.

Amazing villa, relaxing location

We had a lovely time. The villa is as described and it was an incredibly relaxing stay. The only advice I'd give is to pack mosquito repellant!

Fantastic Villa

We were enjoying our stay a lot, and wish to come back some day. The Villa was beautiful. Clean and Very nice rooms, with comfy beds. air condition in every room. Lovely view. The outdoor area and the lovely pool was just perfect. Petra with family where just the perfect host’s, A huge thank from our family to Petra and her family. I can't really fault anything this villa is really 5* and Petra and Fillipe were very generous and gracious hosts. We arrived early and Petra arranged to meet us early. The property was spotless and well furnished. Comfy beds, quitet but efficient air-conditioning very welcome in the heatwave, powerful showers. Wide balconies witha a beautiful view, a large heated pool which was cleaned regularly and a lovely out door area. We absolutely loved the area and having the sea on the doorstep and chilled out vibes. It is quiet with a beach bar within walking distance. We ubered into Trogir and Split but there was also space in drive for car.

Der Empfang war herzlich. Positiv :Balkone mit Meerblick mit Tisch und Stühle, beheizter Pool, Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch draußen, Strandnähe.Negativ: Haus für 10 Personen viel zu wenig Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser! An dem großen Esstisch drinnen waren nur 9 Stühle. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht ( der Gastgeber wurde sofort informiert aber es gab keine Reaktion bis zur Abreise) für den Grill draußen war das Reinigungsset unbrauchbar! Lediglich 6 Liegen für 10 Personen, davon waren 2 Liegen nicht ganz in Ordnung!

Sehr schöner Urlaub. Der einzige Nachteil, im Nachbargebäude Villa Filip wurde an eine Familie mit Hund vermietet, obwohl laut Insert keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Der Hund bellte täglich stundenlang. Sämtlich Nachbaren waren aufgebracht deswegen.Villa Petra und Villa Filip sind unmittelbar miteinander verbunden. Der Strand war spitze und wir finden es schade, dass der Urlaub schon vorrüber ist.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war rundum gelungen. Kleine Mängel wurden direkt behoben und die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Fluglärm wird in der Beschreibung angegeben, ist aber nicht den ganzen Tag zu hören. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist ein Highlight. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage direkt am Meer sowie der ruhige Strand haben uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist modern und sehr gut , besonders hat uns die Terrasse mit Pool gefallen.

Ein Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Villa Petra

Wir haben alles im besten Zustand vorgefunden, die Villa hat eine tolle Lage , ist superchic eingerichtet , mit liebe zum Detail!! Wir haben uns trotz Corona Warnungen im Vorfeld , sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Vermieterin Petra war bei Fragen immer erreichbar! Von uns gibt es eine 100% weitetempfehlung 👍👍

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Tolle Ausstattung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und die morgendliche Schwimmrunde im Meer ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit bei Fragen zu erreichen, Hausübergabe wurde individuell auf ausgerichtet. Highlight war definitiv das extra für uns zubereitete kroatische Abendessen vom Grill. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit wieder.

Bolig med god standard

Flott feriehus nær stranda, som ligger bare 50 meter nedenfor. Rolig strøk. Ti minutters gange til butikk og ca 20 minutter til tettsted med noe utvalg av spisesteder. Ti minutter til busstopp. Ca 15 min med buss til Trogir og ca en time til Split. Nærliggende hotell leier ut strandsenger og har servering. Ok strand til Kroatia å være. Huset er relativt nytt og holder god standard. Fungerer godt for fem par, da alle rom har bad. Fin uteplass med grill og pool som er oppvarmet. Noe skjermet, så på de varmeste dagene passer nok stranda best. Vi anmerket at det kunne vært et ekstra kjøleskap når så mange som 10 skal bo i huset. Huseier/ vertskap var meget vennlige og imøtekommende på alle vis. Vær obs på at dette er et vertikaldelt hus og at det kan påregnes at en hører noe til gjestene som bor i den andre delen. Går begge veier dog.

All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
