Hill View is Dalmatian house with heated pool in Kaštela between Split & Trogir

Villa "Hill View" is located on the hill surrounded with nature, just above city of Kaštela. Compound luxury and traditional dalmatian style is what makes the stay unique.

Hill View is a Dalmatian stone house made up of three parts , two houses and a beautiful terrace that connects them. One of the houses is a typical Dalmatian house that is 200 years old and it has been completely renovated. Complex is built cascade and is made entirely of stone and not once its buildings do not disrupt the original layout of the place where it is located. The house and garden perfectly evoke the typical appearance of a Mediterranean home and uniquely combine the beauty of a traditional exterior with modern , tastefully decorated interior . The whole complex is dominated by bright colors , stone , greenery and Mediterranean plants that will surely impress and , most importantly , provide you with an excellent environment for relaxation and a perfect holiday in nature .

The house area is located on the estate of 3100 m2 and it is designed for a luxurious stay for 8 people. Also house is comfortable for 6 persons in the main beds and 2 extra beds. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and TV. Three luxury bathrooms with shower and one with washing machine.

Furthermore, guests have an amazing panoramic sea view of the islands and two UNESCO protected cities Trogir and Split, which are only 20 min away. The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighbours.

Airport Split ( SPU ) 9km, nearest beach 2km, Nearest shop for food 2km, nearest restaurants 2km. Center of Split and Ferry for islands 20min, Center of Trogir 15min.

The facilities that the villa has are outdoor swimming pool, kids playground, Boccia playground, swing bed on chains, parking place for 5 cars, beautiful garden at your disposal, two bikes for free. At outdoor fireplace guests can also enjoy the barbecue under the covered terrace.

The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

We will be available to our guests the whole time if they need. My family and I live near the sea ( 1,5km away ) and we can be available in case if you need some help.

We expect of our guests to behave as in their own homes. When you leave house please turn off the water, also turn off all electrical devices: TV, lights, air-conditioning etc, and lights. Check in is at 16:00 and check out at 10:00 but we can adjust to you and depends of free days and arrivals of other guests.

We allow two dogs maximum. Also, in case you bring your dogs, before making your reservation please tell us so that we can expect that the pets come with you. Also be aware that pets are not allowed in sleeping beds and sheets.
