This apartment, just a few steps from the center of Ortisei in Val Gardena, was completely renovated in 2024 and stands out for its pleasant and contemporary interior design.



The property features one bedroom with a double bed and a French sofa bed, a bathroom with window equipped with shower, sink, washing machine, toilet and bidet, and a small living area with kitchenette. A small balcony is accessible from the bedroom.



The kitchenette is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, cutlery, tableware and much more.



The apartment is located on the second floor and can only be reached via stairs.



Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.



The charming Villa Montana offers an elegant apartment with balcony, completely renovated in 2024, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Ortisei in Val Gardena.



The location is ideal for all types of activities, with the bus and ski bus stop, as well as a pizzeria, restaurants, bakery and grocery stores just 150 meters from the house.



In winter, the location is perfect for ski holidays in the Dolomites, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular public buses) stops 150 meters from the property and takes you free of charge – using the complimentary tickets provided at check-in – to the lifts of the Dolomiti Superski area. Buses generally run every 10 to 20 minutes.



In summer, the proximity to the bus stop and the town center (just a 10-minute walk – approx. 600 meters) is especially convenient, along with easy access to the Luis Trenker promenade and the cable cars.



For the joy of your children, a public playground with a small football field is located just 350 meters from the house.



The apartment offers various comforts such as a private outdoor parking space, ski and bike storage, a garage box for small vehicles, washing machine, bed linen and towels – all included free of charge.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
