New, comfortable apartment near the village, right on Kastanienweg

You will find in our apartment
- a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a stove with ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and sufficient cooking and eating utensils and automatic ventilation, W-Lan, TV sat and a sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed, it offers enough space for a baby bed,
- a bathroom with a spacious shower
- and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Dolomites and the village of Feldthurns,
- Put the car in the garage.
Sun loungers are available on the balcony and in the garden, where you can laze around, read a book or just enjoy the sun.
We provide fresh bed linen and towels, and we also offer bread service if requested.
You are also welcome to bring various spices and fresh vegetables from the garden. There is also the possibility to grill in the garden.
With a welcome drink we would like to get to know our guests, hospitality is important to us and the well-being of our guests is very important to us!

We had a wonderful time

It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony in the evenings and relax while gazing at the beautiful mountains. In the morning, we enjoyed walks around town. We'd definitely recommend this location, and our hosts were very nice. It's a good thing my husband speaks some German, though, or communication would have been tougher.

The hosts offered a very detailed folder explaining about the property, local restaurants, groceries and opening times, as well as things to do locally whilst in the area. We also were given Klaus cards which allowed us free/ discounted access to local attractions and transport. The property was clean and tidy and had everything you might need. Despite the bad weather we had the view was still incredible!

Beautiful apartment with incredible views of the Dolomites. The apartment was lovely, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. When we weren’t out exploring, we were enjoying the views from the large balcony. The owners live on site and we’re absolutely wonderful. Despite the language barrier ( we used Google translate to communicate) we were still able to get to know each other a little. They kindly brought us fresh eggs our first night and homemade dessert on the second. Antonia is an amazing crafts person and we purchased a pair of her beautiful handmade wool felt slippers. We had a wonderful but too brief stay and would love to return one day to further explore the spectacular Dolomites. Danke. Joanne & Ghislain

We had a great stay! Walked into the apartment to a beautiful view of the mountains.We were in the area for the Olympics so easy travel to the events.The hosts were so helpful answering our questions but also providing guidance on how to get to places. Despite our language barrier she took the time to help.Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town.Would definitely stay again.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Feldthurns

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von den Vermietern bestens umsorgt. Das Highlight war der tolle Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer aus! Die Fußbodenheizung war ebenfalls mehr als angenehm für unseren Winterurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Tolle Ferienwohnung in grandioser Umgebung

Sehr schöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht auf das Tal. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung supersauber. Mit der Klausen Card ist man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln immer gut unterwegs. Nicht zuletzt die kostenlose Nutzung der Garage hat alles abgerundet. Diese Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung in Feldthurns

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist klein und funktionabel. Für das Auto gab es einen Garagenplatz. Der kontinuierliche Strassenlärm ist trotz schallgedämmter Fenster permanent in der Wohnungen zu hören. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht findet sie hier nicht.

Wunderschöne Aussicht in zentraler Lage bei sehr netten Vermietern

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich mit einem Stück selbstgebackenen Kuchen begrüßt und auch am Ende des Urlaubs nochmal von den Vermiertern mit einer leckeren Pizza verwöhnt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr schön ausgestattet, überragend ist der Blick auf die Geißler-Gruppe vom großen Balkon und wenn es mal regnet, dann schaut man sich eben durch die Panoramascheibe den Regenogen an (wir hatten zwei in einer Woche!). Die Betten sind gut, die Dusche ist modern und sauber, eine eigene Garage hatten wir bei einer Ferienwohnung auch noch nicht, ein wirklich schöner Bonus. Von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man aufgrund der zentralen Lage sehr schöne Ausflüge machen, zum Beispiel nach Kastelruth, Bozen, Brixen oder zur Seiser Alm, auf das Rittnerhorn (unbedingt empfehlenswert!) oder zum Grödner Joch (sehr beeindurckende Passstraße). Die im Mietpreis beinhaltete Klausner-Karte bietet viele kostenlose oder reduzierte Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie öffentlichen Nahverkehr frei, kostenlosen Eintritt in viele Museen, sowie freien Eintritt in fast allen nahen Schwimmbädern. Kritische Punkte bezüglich der Ferienwohnung haben wir keine und wenn wir nochmal nach Südtirol möchten, wird diese Ferienwohnung definitiv unsere erste Wahl sein.

Très bon séjour.

Appartement neuf très bien équipé, tout est à disposition. Il ne manque rien. Un emplacement garage est prévu et très appréciable. Une hôte généreuse. Et surtout une terrasse avec une vie magnifique. On recommande fortement.
