About this property

Chalet on the edge of the forest with a large glass front

The property is located at 1,200 m in San Genesio, approx. 15 minutes from Bolzano.

Small but nice: the wooden house is only 28 square meters; it is modern with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and has TV and internet access. The dining area can be opened via a large folding door to the terrace.

The house is located on a 6000 sqm forest and meadow plot and is very quietly located on the forest, directly on the European long-distance hiking trail E5, which connects Lake Constance with Venice and Verona.

A parking lot for our guests is opposite the property. On arrival you will receive a hiking map of the area in addition to towels and bed linen. The hiking area ranges from San Genesio to Avelengo and Merano. We are also happy to give you some tips on hiking routes and which restaurants in San Genesio, Bolzano and the surrounding area are worth visiting. The main attraction of Bolzano is Ötzi, the Iceman.

The inns of Langfenn, Lanzenschuster and Tschaufenhaus can be reached in walks of 2 to 3 hours and offer good and varied South Tyrolean cuisine.

By the way, everything in South Tyrol is bilingual: Italian and German. Our village is called San Genesio in Italian.

The minimum stay is one week.

Holzhaus am Waldrand

Das Holzhaus befindet sich auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück zusammen mit einem dreistöckigem Haus, in dem der gastfreundliche Besitzer wohnt. Der Besitzer hat einen eigenen Hund und auch Besuch von anderen Hunden. Diese sind gut sozialisiere und können mit mit einem Angsthund umgehen.

toller Erholungsort oberhalb von Bozen

Wir, 2 Erwaschsene und 2 kleine Hunde, haben uns im gut ausgestatteten Haus und auf dem tollen Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende genießen. Die Objektbeschreibung stimmt genau, man kann direkt seine Wanderungen von hier aus beginnen oder die gut ausgebauten Straßen um Bozen nutzen, um andere tolle Sachen anzufahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach traumhaft! :))

Klein, aber fein! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt - es hat an nichts gefehlt!! Super Umgebung zum Wandern, viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren und aber auch zum Ruhe finden. Sitzmöglichkeit

Sinnvoll wäre ein zweiter Sessel in der Ferienwohnung, damit auch beide Personen eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit haben, wenn es draußen zu kalt ist und nicht eine Person mit einem Stuhl vorlieb nehmen muss.

Wohlfühlhaus im Wandergebiet

Wohlfühlhaus mitten im Wandergebiet. Das Chalet ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat als Highlight eine gemütliche Terasse inmitten von Bäumen. Die Lage ist ideal da direkt an den Wanderwegen von Jenesien. Bozen liegt nur 9 Km entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch unser Hund hat sich dem dem 6000qm grossen eingezäunten Grundstück sehr wohlgefühlt.
