The property reveals breathtaking panoramic views that take in the golf course, beach, offshore islands and Fife coast across the Firth of Forth.
In a previous era, it formed the main part of Pointgarry Hotel and both then and now has played host to many leading figures from across the international golfing world. The space retains all of its period features, generous room dimensions and sometimes quirky charm. This is a very spacious and comfortable home that gives the space and flexibility to enjoy in a way that suits your group. For beach lovers and walkers there is access to the John Muir Way and beach a few yards from the back door. Turn left and you have miles of unspoiled sands, turn right and the independent shops, bars and restaurants of the High Street are a few minutes walk away.

Parking • Parking (outdoor) There is off-street private parking for two cars in the gated and gravel backyard. Parking is also available to the front of the building on West Bay Road and along Pointgarry Road adjacent to the 18th fairway.

A short half hour train ride from The city of Edinburgh, East Lothian, the golfer’s paradise, isn’t called Scotland’s Golf Coast without good reason. This is home to some of the world’s greatest links, including the largest concentration of Championship courses anywhere in the world, such as Muirfield, The Renaissance Club, Gullane, and North Berwick which is literally on your doorstep. East Lothian has an incomparable selection of courses to suit golfers of all standards.
North Berwick railway station is a five minute walk from the property.
