The place was safe and convenient to all sorts of other locations. But it was noisy at night. You could hear people playing their guitars (badly) and singing (off key) well into the night. The apartment was very spacious; the two bedrooms were delightful. However, it appears the host has done little or nothing in the way of upkeep on the place. 95% of the “art” on the walls are simply ads for investing in similar properties. There was only one photo on the walls. There was only a power cord with three outlets in the front room; everything had to run off that one cord. The bathroom door is terribly warped; it can’t even be closed without a lot of slamming the door. Unacceptable. The baseboards have long cracks where they are pulling away from the walls. One outlet has a mess of loose wires hanging from it. The bathroom towels are marked with stains from bleach spills. There are scuff marks on the walls that should be painted over. All easy enough fixes, don’t know why it hasn’t been done.
