The Studio is located within a private property that has 6 total rental units. The Studio has a separate entrance, but is within the gated compound. The Studio has shared pool access. The property borders the National Park. It is a 1 minute walk directly on our private path to the Pacific Ocean and the best surf location on Playa Guiones.

The Studio has been rented for 12 years and earned 5-stars on the other vacation sites.

The property is well maintained and has a back up water system, AC unit, kitchenette with Refrigerator, fully stocked for cooking. Plenty of hot water, broadband internet via Wi-Fi.

You can't beat the Studio for a reasonable price and a location that is more expensive everywhere place else surrounding it.
