Unfortunately, we had so many challenges staying at this lodging. The management company only communicated in Italian. The host spoke good English but she has, what I assume, is a management company taking care of the property. Someone twisted the key and it broke off in the big wooden door. We couldn’t get into the stairwell door. Once in the apartment with the help of a very friendly neighbor, we got in the apartment. Once in we were locked in and the alarm would go off on its own out of the blue. Obviously it wasn’t attached to any monitoring because no one came. The kind neighbor was called by the host and got us new keys. The apartment itself was good but our experience checking in was horrible. The neighborhood was perfect and nice. I spoke to the owner at one point and she was very nice but the management company is not doing a good job and if you rent to English speaking guests you should communicate in English.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, sehr zentrumsnah und in der Nähe von Restaurants, trotzdem ruhig und gefühlt sicher. Parken vor dem Haus war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Sie ist geräumig, mit viel Stauraum in Schränken und die Klimaanlage im heißen Sommer Gold wert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief sehr gut. Insgesamt definitiv empfehlenswert.
