Parties and events are strictly prohibited unless prior permission is granted by the host. Indoor furniture must remain inside. If outdoor furniture is needed, please inform us in advance for proper arrangements. Excessive dirt or mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Any damage, theft, or loss of keys will incur a penalty fee.
