The property lies in the heart of Elviria and is ideal as a holiday home. The villa is completely furnished and decorated with care, has a good distribution of space and its interior is kept ample. The main floor comprises of an entrance, a guest bathroom and a fully fitted, modern kitchen with breakfast area and a big storage. Furthermore, there is a modern and ample living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace which allows views to the garden and pool. The 50 sqm seasalt water pool is 1-2m deep and it can be heated on request. All bedrooms are en suite with bathrooms and blackout blinds. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a huge walk in wardrobe. Here you can enjoy lovely views from one of the terraces to the sea. The garden boasts a pool and enough space for having a bath in the sun and children can play around. The outside sitting area is cosy and perfect for a dinner and or a bbq. Furthermore, the property has marble floors, new a/c systems , various tv channels and excellent internet connection. Parking for 2 cars on the plot and 2/3 cars in the garage. This house is ideal for holidays as there is a nice pedestrian road and you can walk in approx. 10 minutes to the commercial centre of Elviria and from there approx 10 min further to the beach.

Why they chose this property

The villa is rather new; first used 2004. A traditional Andalucia style with terraces and balconies; built so that most of the year you do not need AC H/C. Very good planning; architecture and equipped like your home or much better than a traditional rental villa.

What makes this property unique

Near to several international schools and therefore very attractive to maxirents of 7-10 weeks. It is away from noisy beach and club areas, but at the same time easily reachable to urb centre and beaches.
