The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Please put the key back in the lock box and ensure the combination is set back to 0000. (a £50 fee will apply per lost key)
Please lock up the back sliding doors and the front door, turn the handle up before attempting to turn the keys. Please also ensure all windows are closed.
Please make sure all lights are turned off before leaving. (a £15 fee will apply for any lights left on)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To maintain hygiene, guests are required to remove shoes upon entering the home. A £50 cleaning fee may apply if this rule is not followed
You are responsible for any damage to the property caused during your stay. Any damage found after check-out will be charged.
Please avoid using complimentary items if you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, as we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
