The perfect place large family gatherings

There are areas for all the generations of the family no one was under anyone’s feet , the staff were polite, friendly and helpful

El alojamiento bien

No hay casi nada de menaje ni palos de cocina y el agua caliente no funciona a veces . Nos hemos tenido que duchar algunas veces con agua fría y tampoco mantas o edredones . Cosas que creo son imprescindibles

Le recordamos que la villa SÍ cuenta con servicio de agua caliente. Po otro lado, debe de tomar en cuenta que ustedes eran 14 personas y es probable que hayan hecho uso intensivo y simultáneo de las duchas. Queremos recordar que durante la estancia estamos siempre disponibles para atender cualquier necesidad que pueda surgir, ya que nos gusta tener la oportunidad de ayudar y mejorar la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes en el momento. Le agradecemos sus sugerencias de mejora y sus comentarios, los cuales tomamos muy en cuenta.
