The house has 151 m2 and consists

of: - 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 people, one baby and with the possibility to add an extra bed.

- Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 have a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with 4 beds (with bunk bed) plus a crib, a baby lounger and a high chair.

- 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped with hairdryer included.

- Independent kitchen equipped with American refrigerator, vitro plus oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, cutlery.

- Washing, drying and ironing room, with direct access to the kitchen and outside.

- Spacious living room, exquisitely decorated, with reading corner with two rocking chairs, dining room for 12/13 people and living room with two sofas, fireplace and TV.

- The dining room communicates with the corridor from where bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed.

- The house has wifi.

- Three TVs, one on the outside porch, one in the living room and one in room number 4.

- Room number 5 has a study room.

- The house has air conditioners in the living room and corridor and central heating.

- 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms no. 1 and 4.

- The facilities have all kinds of equipment to practice the different activities, tennis rackets, ping-pong shovels, minigolf clubs, badminton rackets.

The villa has: outdoor swimming POOL (15x8 m) with JACUZZI attached to the pool, TENNIS COURT, MINI TRAINING MAT, SOCCER COURT ROOM, WATER VOLLEYBALL IN POOL, MINIGOLF, TABLE TENNIS, BADMINTON, PETANQUE and children's area.

It has, also outside, a full bathroom (with two showers and wardrobe), fully equipped kitchen, all on a large porch, with garden and pool view, for family meals. Next to the porch is a large barbecue with three fires.

In the outdoor area there are different environments, terrace-solarium, main porch, roundabouts on both sides of the porch and any space in the palm and pine forest where the only noise you hear is the birdsong, in which you can enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquility.

Of particular note is the garden decoration, with abundant flowers and shrubs.

The house consists of a single floor with easy access, very sunny and all outside overlooking the garden and terrace.

No smoking allowed inside the house.

Do not use glasses or glasses in or near the pool.

Respect the house and garden, everything is perfectly renovated.
