Apartment unit - broken glass on kitchen floor. Food particles on floor. Dirty refrigerator. Heavy black mold in bathroom shower. Building - food and garbage in stairwell and landings. Area - Very dodgy. Had abandoned and derelict cars in parking lot. All ground floor windows had metal security bars on all three buildings. We left the unit after 15 minutes and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express instead.
