There was a problem w/ host getting our passport info but he never told us that. So we were not sent check in info until we had been dragging all of our luggage for one hour plus around Porto. Finally, we were given a phone number to call to open the door and then get keys. NO Emails were sent to us so we were very frustrated. No printed info on how to operate appliances . When the deadbolt jammed on the door, we were unable to leave apt. Until we reached the management company by phone and we were told how to troubleshoot the lock.We missed a bus tour we had paid for ! Good location so we saw a lot of Porto .
