Appartement très bien situé, très proche du centre ville, spacieux, petite balcon, sud ouest et très tranquil, supermarché a moins de 200 mettres.

Charming

Beautiful apartment with great sunsets on the balcony. 25 minute or less walk to all the places to visit. Good Portuguese restaurants a few blocks away.

Excellent option in Lisbon.

The property was clean and comfortable, Ana was very easy to communicate with, and I was able to walk to almost everything I wanted to see. The balcony was very nice for a glass of wine at the end of the night and the two doors in the main room offered a pleasant breeze. Ana leaves a good list of sites to see and restaurants to try so you won't be short of things to do while you're there.

Impatients puis déçus

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Mais le bien est vieillissant et peu entretenu, seul le ménage y est fait. Le bon fonctionnement des appareils n’est pas vérifié (signalement du lave-vaisselle HS mais pas de réparation), signalement d’absence de torchons mais pas de mise en place malgré une réponse de la correspondante. Au moment de la prise en compte du logement, nous avons dû attendre devant le bâtiment alors que la personne en charge nous avait demandé un report d’horaire. Communication qui semble manquer de transparence. Après une dizaine de réservations de locations immobilières, nous constatons que celle-ci est en-dessous de la moyenne. Nous ne recommandons pas ce bien..

Excellent place

The apartment was well looked after and we were received by the owner which I thought was a plus. The owner was a very nice lady who welcomed us in Lissabon. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator. That did not bother us. The apartment is in a street where tram 28E has a stop. It is the most iconic tram in Lissabon. We had a good stay in this place.

Dissatisfied

Communication for checkin was with 2 different people who did not talk to each other, so noone was there to give us the keys. There was no toilet paper in the house. I called to ask and no one answered or return my call, so we went out to buy it. Furniture is old, with chairs sagging, dirty cover on couch, the only good thing was the restaurant suggestion. No one bothered to put dishes back in cabinets. After looking everywhere in the cabinets we found the plates in the dishwasher. Overall dissatisfied.

A place to feel welcomed

Nice, quiet and well furnished apartment, tram and Metro nearby to easily and fast will take you anywhere in Lissabon. We've also had a very warm welcome from our host Ana, who gave us lots of information. All in all we enjoyed our stay and without doubt can recommend Charming Place for an exiting stay in Lissabon.

Appart bien situé et bien équipé, calme. Acceuil excellent avec remise des clés sur place dès l'arrivée par la sympathique Ana. Points faibles : peu de lumiere naturelle dans la chambre 1 (sans fenêtre) et chambre2 donnant sur "puits" d'immeuble. Chaises de salle-à-manger en mauvais état.

Nice but needs some attention

The apartment was as pictured, but the pictures are old. In reality, the flat was a little tired and obviously has been well used. Kitchen was equipped, but only one kitchen towel and no paper napkins. Neighbourhood was convenient and lots of the tourist sites were in walking distance. As mentioned in other reviews, tub doesn’t drain well. We were there in December and it was difficult to warm the apartments. There were two heaters but only one worked.

Great apartment, Great Location!

Our hostess was very generous and let my friend check in early, which after a long set of flights from the west coast of the US was extremely welcome. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The location was terrific, an easy walk from the Castello do St Jorge, and the main square down on the river. Many wonderful, affordable and tasty restaurants are close by. The lovely couple running the Nepalese restaurant across the street were so kind and the food was incredible! I'd recommend eating there at least once during your stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend that my friends should too.

zentral dennoch ruhig

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon zum sitzen. Zentrale Lage mit Tram, Bus U-Bahn Anschluss aber dennoch ruhig, da zum Hof raus. Zwar hört man das Treppenhaus und die Wasserleitungen aber das hält sich in Grenzen. Grds. ruhige Wohnung. Wir hatten zu viert gut Platz und konnten die Woche genießen. Mit der Vermieterin konnte man gut per WhatsApp kommunizieren.

A lovley time..

We had a lovley time in Lisbon. It took a bit of time to tell where we were located but once we did it was pretty easy to get around. Ana was so lovley helping us get in early, after a long flight fron Canada we really appreciated it! Thank you for letting us use your home!
