Nestled near Whiting Bay on the Isle of Arran, Kings Cross offers coastal beauty, rich history, and a peaceful retreat perfect for walkers and nature lovers.. Ground Floor:

Back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and firepit. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced stream in the grounds.. This lovely detached property with private gardens is ideal for families or groups of friends. The living room has a cosy wood-burning stove to snuggle up in front of after a day’s exploring and the open-plan dining and kitchen provides a welcoming social space to cook and chat. There are two bathrooms, one with both bath and shower located downstairs, and upstairs a shower room. Three bedrooms provide flexible accommodation. Bedroom one has a double and a single bed, bedroom two has a double bed and two single beds while the third bedroom is a twin room.
A driveway to the front can accommodate up to three cars while the private garden to the rear has a lawned area surrounded by mature trees, a patio with seating and a firepit to roast your marshmallows and admire the stars.
Tucked away on the scenic southeast coast of the Isle of Arran, Kings Cross is a peaceful and picturesque spot perfect for a tranquil island escape.
