Dúplex minimalista per a 2 adults i 2 menors (NO 3-4 ADULTS NI VISITES) en zona de vianants a la platja del PortBo, prop d'acollidors restaurants i botigues. L'entrada (3er pis) és accessible en ascensor. A la planta baixa hi ha l'habitació infantil (llitera de 80x180+bressol), la cuina-menjador, un bany petit amb dutxa i una terrassa. La planta superior (escales) és una suite (llit 150x200) amb bany complet (dutxa), terrassa i jacuzzi exterior calent tot l'any. Kit nadó disponible gratuïtament (banyera, trona, bressol, tovallola i roba de bressol). El bressol està situat a l'habitació infantil (planta inferior), no a l'habitació matrimonial (planta superior). L'edifici compta amb aigua corrent descalcificada. La calefacció central de gas natural es connecta només a l'hivern i l'aire condicionat només a l'estiu. Es requereix una estada mínima de 3 nits per a l'ús de la rentadora i/o l'assecadora.
