The home was fabulous. The beds and linens were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor space was fantastic. We stayed out back every night hanging out and watching the NCAA tournament! David was a great host and communicated very well.

Newly remodeled. Comfortable beds and home. Lots of pluses with the gazebo, hot tub, pool table, garage, etc. Great TVs available for family entertainment. Host was welcoming and communicated well.

David was an amazing host and was always there to answer every message right away. The house is beautiful and was well stocked and so clean. The hot tub and all the games were amazing. The only thing I would suggest is to mark the steps a lot better, maybe somehow with lighting or something. We had 6 people and only 4 dinner plates. Thank you again David it was a most lovely stay!!!

Had a nice stay in Albuquerque. The house was great for our family of 5. We all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoyed the outdoor space. Teenage kids relaxed in the hot tub each evening. Made a great home base for our trip. Only 20ish minutes from many of the activities we chose to do around town. Host was communicative and property was as described. A couple of minor things. As another reviewer said, not a lot of dishes and silverware. Our family of five used up a lot of it after a couple of days just having breakfast. Not the biggest deal but had to wash some by hand to last the 3 days. Tips were broken on all but one pool cue. We were able to sort of keep one on a short cue so two could play at once without sharing. Again not the biggest deal but could use some attention. Lastly, let’s just say the location doesn’t seem to be the best neighborhood. Close to Route 66 which is cool until you drive down that road and see all the people. A bit rough out there. I had to call and report gunfire outside the house the second evening we were there . Freaked my wife and kids out a bit…..I didn’t know much about Albuquerque before we stayed. Maybe this was just unlucky on our part but the neighborhood seems a little rough around the edges. Overall the house worked for our family.

The house was very clean and I really enjoyed the hot tub. The pool table was fun, and the Roku TV’s were very easy to log into. The bed was comfortable enough. There was more than enough space in the house, the walk-in Master Closet was great. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The checking in and out instructions were very easy to follow. Over all we had an excellent stay! I would come back here again if I’m ever back in Albuquerque, and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking.
